Halal Reviews for Shake Shack Stratford

I liked Shake Shack Stratford: Clean and organized with many welcoming staff. They take care of hygienic conditions and help you to scan the tracking code of COVID and to order online. Online ordering is very easy and quickly processed (it took us 10 mins to receive our order). Unfortunately, Shake Shack's menu in London doesn't offer many chicken and veggie options so we had only one basic chicken burger option to choose! We enjoyed it :)

Was met here yesterday by the Employee Fool of the Month, Mr Shankar Singh. He blocked the door and would not allow me access to the restaurant. I explained I was not wearing a face mask as I am scared of flaring up my Asthma. He asked to see an Asthma certificate which I explained don’t exist in this country. He didn’t accept it, even though I’m sure I have more experience of the NHS, having lived in the country longer than him. I gave up after a minute as would rather go somewhere where they appreciate my custom. SHAKE SHACK YOU NEED TO TRAIN YOUR STAFF A LOT LOT BETTER AND EMPLOY HUMANS NOT ROBOTS 🤖 EVERYONE’S CIRCUMSTANCES ARE DIFFERENT AND HAVE TO BE RESPECTED, IF VALID.

Food decent but rude staff let's shake shack down. Also your staff doesn't seem to know how to wear face masks, I saw 2 of your staff who had their face masks pulled down, a small Asian guy with a beard and a black lady. This is concerning to see especially in this climate. Are these staff members exempt? As this is illegal if they are not........

2 separate days I have come into shake shack now and had incidents with 2 of your staff. So I had to write a review this time. 1st time was last week, a short Asian guy with an accent who was incredibly rude and letting people cut in front of us and sit on a table while making us stand and wait. His t-shirt said he was a trainer, is this the type of person you are hiring to train your staff?? I spoke with a manager who was apologetic and gave us drinks on the house. Then yesterday a big chap with glasses at the door has the cheek to be asking customers to wear a face mask before coming in, when his is pulled down to his chin!!! When he did have the face mask on he kept pulling it down when talking to customers, totally defeating the purpose!!! Baffles me that the little chap is a trainer, and that the big chap doesn't seem to understand how to wear a face mask......

Burgers were quite dry not very tasty, 5 guys is better. Shakes were good,creamy,moreish. Fries very tasty,love crinkle cut. Chicken bites were coated in a delicious seasoning. Overall ok but burgers let them down. My daughter had a mushroom burger,didn't eat it,apparently not very nice.
