Great sushi at this reliably delicious branch. Sushi is fresh and the chef cuts no corners. Would've given it a five if the eel was tastier!

I get takeout at Eat Tokyo once a week. The food is good but they don't make any effort to recycle. Every time I call, I tell them not to include napkins or chopsticks. Last Sunday, they gave me 20 napkins and extra chopsticks which I returned and they threw in the garbage. They serve food in black containers which can't be recycled. I am not getting takeout there anymore. I can't support a restaurant that does not care about the planet.

Excellent service and the food is great as well. Sushi is very fresh and good attention to detail. Definitely one of the top places for sushi in London .

The food was good. The service was really bad, rushing us from the beging. The menu has 15 pages and in 3 minutes they came 5 times to ask if we had decided. When we asked for the dessert menu they just took it from the customer of the table next to us saying they had enough menus for the people was there. All the waiters where really rude. When we asked the service charge to be remove, the manager or person in charge came without any face covering and talking really near from our faces, and said that if we don't pay the service charge don't come back, in the meantime a waitress was there just staring at us with a bad face. The food is good but the service created a really bad experience, since when you go to have dinner to a restaurant you expect also to have time to have a conversation with the people you go with, in other case i would just order it for take away.

Always love the food from Eat Tokyo. Staff are very friendly and happy and quick service. Great quality and value for Japanese food. Thank you!
