🄷🄰🄻🄰🄻 🅂🅃🄰🅃🅄🅂: Fully Halal Brick Lane is a cornucopia of restaurants and takeaways, with its lost-standing curry houses slowly giving ground to a number of hip eateries that include your new age vegan joints. With their menu initially being designed by then National Burger Awards winner Christian Stoner, before slowly being tweaked and enhanced over time, we’ve kept a close eye on them and noticed consistent praise from reviewers and food bloggers across the net. Beef and Birds - Brick Lane 2/5 £- a quick stop over for lunch from Liverpool Street St, to try this place and we were unfortunately disappointed. We wanted ribs this wasn’t available so we ordered burgers. A vintage and a Texas one from their lunch set menu. The beef parttirs were very hard and did not appear to be fresh. The dark chocolate wings didn’t fair any better as you couldn’t taste the dark chocolate and the chicken smelt. Strawberry milkshake was ok not really creamy. We were offered some free deep fried balls which again weren’t out of this world. The 2 points was for customer service, as the waiter was very apologetic and explained that the beef patties were from a new supplier and he said he will address this. He also gave us a free chicken burger which was a lot better as the beef burgers were quite bad. And we got a couple quids of the bill. He took on the constructive criticisms and hopefully we will see some improvement.

Mediocre. Lacks speciality and skill. Decent food for a quick bite for a hungry person. Not one for a planned get together. Located on brick lane amongst the dying indian restaurant scene which once made brick lane infamous. We arrived on a friday evening at peak time to an empty restaurant. We rushed as we were running late and received a phone call from the restaurant but turns out they were quite eager to receive us which comes as no surprise given the aforementioned. We ordered all the flavours of chicken wings which had some interesting flavours, however, the chicken preparation itself was dry which made you fed up after one. Not ideal when their portions were of good size. The brisket was terrible. Again, dry and cooked without skill. Strong bovine smell which made it sickly after a few bites. Sweet potato fries which was one of their premium sides was clearly from a cheap frozen food pack which lacked texture and taste. The dirty diana burger was also dry and lacked seasoning but did have a good sauce inside. The angry bird chicken burger was moist and tasted ok. Overall value for money was decent 4 adults ate with a good selection for c£70. Good concept but just lacked execution.

Visited this restaurant with some friends to break our fast today. All in all an amazing experience. The food was served perfectly on time with both the starters and mains coming at the ideal times to suit our needs. I personally got the dark chocolate wings which were very nice. For my main I got the Raging Bull burger which was absolutely amazing. Flavours were spot on and the beef was cooked to perfection. This came along with fries and a drink totalling a very reasonable £15! On top of the amazing food we were very well looked after all of whom went above and beyond when serving us. The restaurant was completely full and yet at no point did we feel as though we were not catered for. We all left feeling extremely satisfied with both the food and the service. Huge thanks to the whole team I will definitely be back soon!

Me and my friends went there on a Friday night. First the Good: The restaurant is quite welcoming and there is decent amount of gaps between each tables for your own space. The food was quick and really good. Now the Bad: I was disappointed when the waiter was taking our order told us, half of the menu was unavailable because they run out of stock. It was only 8pm Friday and I doubt they will get any delivery on Saturday and Sunday. Looking at the bar I saw milkshake cups decoration but when I asked for milkshakes, apparently there was no milkshake machine, false hope. I do understand as a new business you will have teething problem so I give you 4* :)
