Restaurant was not clean and tidy, may be because of shortage of staff. Because everyone busy serving customers. I loved Zinger burger Box meal and it’s really yummy with finger licking wings. Highly recommended specially for quick bite.

First time visited "KFC" in uk. Seriously it was very "disaster" experience . The texture of meat is not KFC mark its feels like i am eating in a roadside fast food court. Fries are burnt-out. I hope this branch doesn't maintain the lagacy .

I complained to just eat regarding my last order for what I received look at the attached photo, they never got back to me. I have decided never to order from this kfc again. Look at what they sent me, I would rather have that bought from Chesters on ilford lane and received a proper chicken burger with due care.

Two ladies were at the till. Really felt sorry for them as the restaurant was mad busy and these ladies worked hard. Had really long queue but didnt have enough staff. The shop floor was filthy, tables were uncleaned and the bins were almost full. We had to clean our table and found lots of others tables were full of leftover foods from previous customers however nobody were there to clean these! Totally unacceptable food place from an International chain and renowned restaurant.

Big lack of cleanliness in the dining room and in the only toilet. The bins are not emptied and there is a lack of toilet paper. The cover on the cup do not close well so the liquid flows over us if we tilt the glass a little. Avoid this restaurant.
