I had a cheeseburger “shake burger”, fries and an ice tea. I loved the fries, perfectly crunchy and just the right amount of salt. I though the burger was great as well, but it is grass fed beef so not the same flavor profile or texture as US corn fed beef. Perfect bun! I took my mine to go since I wasn’t sure how long it would take but ended up eating it there. The food came fast and there was no problem getting some extra ice in my drink.

Not great. Been to other shake shacks and they’ve been much better. The meat tasted like it was on the turn and the chips were cold and stale with hardly any salt. Lemonade was good though! Will go down the road to the Covent Garden in the future.

Clean and plenty of seats. Staff were patient and friendly to serve. The toilet is a little messy probably due to lack of manpower to clean up. Foods were prepared quickly without compromising the taste. We ordered a burger, cheese fries, choc milkshake and frozen custard. The best was the frozen custard.. it's small yet pricey, but definitely worth the money spent!

Lovely food. Very slow service. I only ordered a strawberry lemonade and that took them 20mins to make. Shop wasn't even busy. Missed my bus. At least speed up your service if you are going to open a restaurant in front of a bus stop.
