Alums is the spot you do not want to miss! The food and service were spectacular. The outside seating area was stunning, a wonderful place to enjoy a treat and relax.

Visited Alam Restaurant with my daughter, was greeted by friendly staff and were seated almost immediately. The staff (Hanan/Hanaa) was super friendly and helped us navigate the online order, it was pretty simple and straightforward so no issues. Approximate time given was 20 mins but starters arrived early. We ordered mix grill platter and it was so flavoursome, the shish kebabs were spicy which were perfect for us. The spring rolls were lovely and crispy. (the pic is of half mix grill platter as we started to eat before taking the pic lol) For mains we had chicken karahi/nan and vegetable lasagna and chips (the chips were fluffy and delicious). Loved both dishes. It wasn't bland just the perfect spice and It really had the home-cooked taste to it, couldn't fault it! For dessert we had cookie dough and ice cream again it was perfect. The vanilla ice cream was nice and creamy and could really taste the vanilla in it, it wasn't the cheap sort of ice cream you get at some places. The salted caramel ice cream was also on point. The decor was nice and subtle and it was an open and spacious restaurant. Waiters are always nearby to help so all in all it was a perfect outing. There are mix reviews for this restaurant but for me I would recommend this to family and friends. We are hoping to go again soon. Check it out for yourself.
