Taco Bell

Taco Bell has been a favourite of mine from my undergraduate days in Southern California.  Delighted to visited this newly opened outlet in Wood Green.
Never mind the building works outside, they are open with remarkably quick service and friendly staff.  Useful touches like a toilet and free wifi were additions not normally seen in a fast food establishment of this size.
A soda fountain giving a full range of drinks. generous seating and even disabled access from the front doors.
The food was the usual good, tasty, Mexican style Tacos.  Although the basic package consisted of 2 Tacos, whereas in the States I believe you get three.  But, with a drink, chips and a the large option I paid only £5.50.  In my book a bargain.
Check it out and I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

I mean wow really bad food really bad ! First I wait 20 min while not busy ! Then I ask to eat in you put inside a plastic bag not possible to eat ! Then you get dirty coz they don’t give you anything to eat that food just your hands what is fine but they lock the toilet of course so you leaning dirty haha my first visit in Taco Bell and good bye my last one take care

If I was able to give 0 stars I would of. Worst Taco Bell ever, regret ordering from here. Presentation was awful, as you can see down below, food was cold and soggy. Ordered the fries bell grande, can’t even describe how gross it looked, I don’t even feed my dog this kind of food. Workers don’t know what they’re doing, even when I walked in, they were in a deep conversation & didn’t want to serve as if they had a busy day. ‘No wonder why it’s so empty in there’. Had to go back as my order was wrong, & missing. The meat in taco looked like meatballs literally, and the lettuce wasn’t fresh as all, it was so soggy. Spent over £40 for nothing, food went straight into bin. If you don’t want to have food poisoning please don’t go to this place. There’s another amazing Taco Bell just a 30mins drive away.

The food is really nice but where it could be 4 or 5 are the following:

+ Add tissues and sauces in the takeaway bags
+ Regularly check the hand sanitizer stations
+ The staff are quite laid back even when it's not so busy. I was standing by the till for at least 10 minutes just wanting tissues, instead they were focusing on the food. There was another lady behind me, and she walked out because no one was assisting the worker who was sorting out the food. They aren't short staffed either, so I can't understand why no one was available to cover

It was my first time trying Tacos. The food quality for the price was good, it is a fast food after all. Ordered through the machine because the staff were not busy but not eager in communicating with customers much. Overall I’m slim person but I have big appetite and for me to get full I need to order probably about 8 tacos as the sizes are relatively small. Unfortunately it was very hot outside and I had to eat inside. Me and my girlfriend did not find the place very clean as some places of the floor were wet and some with used tissues. I had to clean my own table to sit there (there were about 5 customers only and 1 on queue). Upon ordering the machine gives option for Pepsi but the drink dispenser does not have such option. For eating in, they need better option as everything was given in brown take away bags so you can sort it out yourself for some reason. Need better serving option than that, if possible bring to table rather than shouting order 26 when people are in the other corner of the place as the waiting area is not big enough. Upon collecting the person working there says ‘we don’t have water anymore’ as I had order water with my order and was not given alternative but expected to walk away without a drink and I had to ask if I could have something else as I paid for water (they were not happy about it).
On top of the, taking your shoes off (especially employee) in front of customers is neither hygienic, professional or appetising!
Overall, if you are really hungry, just pop in and take your order away.
