Big Eat German Doner

Food is very good. However customer service and delivery is unacceptable. Especially to loyal  customers. Been ordering from them every week since they opened and I’ve had three orders with not drinks delivered. Delivery times are generally later than estimated. And recently had an order arrive an hour and a half late because the order wasn’t processed by the restaurant. No compensation or good will gestures. Customer service definitely needs to improve.

I enjoyed eating the food from Big Eat, my favourite being the (beef) Doner & Fries, nice tasting meat, with fresh salad. The apple pie is also very tasty. On one occasion there was a mix up with my order, upon ringing them it was sorted out promptly and a correct meal sent to me. 👍🏾

Ordered the 'Jamaica Crazy Burger' meal with wedges. The food was amazing, the burger was good beef and tasted fresh. The wedges were cooked to perfection. Their portions are good for the price. Would deffo recommend and will be going back soon. Also the restaurant is super clean and the kitchen is open so you can see how your food is being prepared.

Quality, fresh food, big portions at a reasonable price. Sauces were nice and the chips were the best I've ever had! ما شاء الله The food came nicely packaged in a grease proof cardboard box and the service was top! Will definitely go back إن شاء الله

Very good food, clean and Halal ! Had a good time with the friends today and your food only added more flavour to the vibe !

- yes! It is clean! You could see right through to the kitchen which is kept tidy even through busy times.

● quality?

You see your meat sizzling whilst waiting for your meal to arrive and it certainly tastes and feels especially outstanding !

●are they friendly ?

It's my first time here and they surely did make me feel like this spot is a comfort zone for me
