I grabbed a Too Good To Go order from this place at the last minute in the evening, and the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. They even grilled the chicken for me on the spot, which was absolutely delicious, with an amazing sauce. I sincerely thank them from the bottom of my heart – I truly enjoyed every bite of that chicken!

We were served by Oumaima at Amigos Burgers & Shakes in Acton, and she was absolutely wonderful. She greeted us with a warm smile, was incredibly kind, and helped us with our order in a friendly and efficient way. Her positive attitude made the whole experience even better. Excellent customer service.

Extremely Poor Experience – Honest Review I had a very bad experience at this restaurant. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. As a diabetic patient, I found their behaviour unacceptable – they locked the door, changed the password, and refused to give me the new one when I needed access. This caused me real difficulty and stress. One of the staff members (wearing glasses) was particularly dismissive, but I do not know his name. Instead of treating me with respect, he behaved in a very unprofessional way. Before visiting, I checked Google reviews very carefully. Honestly, if it were possible to give 0 stars, I would. The only reason I am giving even 1 star is because Google does not allow zero. The food itself was also very poor in quality – badly cooked and not worth the money at all. What made the situation worse was the unfair treatment of customers. I personally observed that they treated some groups of people with more preference while ignoring others. This kind of biased service is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Overall, this place fails on customer service, food quality, and fairness. I would strongly advise others to avoid this restaurant and spend their money where customers are treated with respect and honesty.

Amigos Acton never disappoints. The food is always fresh, the burgers are juicy and full of flavour, and the fries? Banging. I usually go for the smashburger meal and honestly, it’s one of the best I’ve had. Staff are lovely and helpful, the service is quick, and the vibes are chill – perfect for a casual bite with friends or a late night craving. Big portions, good prices, and everything comes out hot and tasty. If you’re around Acton and haven’t tried it yet, you’re seriously missing out.
