CUPP Bubble Tea - Slough

Just had the most amazing experience at this new bubble tea store in Slough. The staff were so friendly and walked us through the drinks menu and what was on offer.

Can definitely say that our drinks were the best we’ve had from any bubble tea place before and will definitely be back again…

Honestly speaking, it wasn’t an enjoyable experience as the bubble teas here lack taste and flavour. I have tried bubble teas in Windsor in the past and that one was delicious . But , the bubble tea we bought from here was too diluted , may be it is the particular bubble teas myself and my family tried (as I haven’t tried their other bubble teas, they have a wide range of options). However , on the positive side, the place is hygienic and customer service is excellent.

Had my 1st order from this place today and I am disappointed. I'm used to the various Bubble Tea shops in London and have had the pleasure of enjoying various Bubble Tea shops in China, not Taiwan unfortunately but a very good Bubble Tea still!! My 1st gripe when it arrive was that there were no Tapioca Pearls, I assumed the option to pay for Tapioca pearls was for extra, not for them at all. Tapioca pearls are a staple and shouldn't be extra. The tea was too sweet and watery and didn't seem to be blended well at all.
I read the review from Crystal and agreed with a lot of what she said, although I actually preferred the Creams Bubble Tea I got a while ago. My usual Vanilla Tea isn't a hard one to do but I was disappointed with the one received today and probably won't be buying from there again which is a shame. I'm only one person tho so try it for yourself, you may like it. I think I'll stick to London, a longer wait but I know the quality and authenticity is better.

Really nice staff, managed to drop my drink outside and made me a new one. Was a really gesture as had a really bad day today.
Having vegan options and the prices are not too high.

Honestly the best bubble tea I've  ever had... The staff are so helpful and kind... Would recommend brown sugar premium 🥰🥰🤤

All our bubble teas are suitable for a Halal diet.
