Although the chef are not Chinese, the meals are quite Chinese and delicious. The noodles and prawn are very nice. The duck is well cooked and yet the sauce is a bit too salty (acceptably level) All in all, it is recommended if you’d like some oriental cuisine.

I didn't expect a lot from an airport restaurant, but this one really knocked it out of the park. Super tasty food served so quick that we had everything on the table in six minutes. The portion sizes were great too, none of us went out of here hungry. A special thanks needs to be given to the staff, every single one of them was kind and welcoming, and we didn't even need to ask for chili oil or soy sauce, everything was brought directly to the table. Big shout-out to our server Lloyd, he was absolutely amazing. My personal recommendation: If he refers something to you, you should try it. The bubble tea here is a 10/10

Excellent dining experience at Heathrow terminal 2. Turn right after you get through security . Great dim sum! Great service. We felt like we weren’t even at the airport! One of the best airport restaurants I’ve ever been to.

I always thought airport restaurants usually set a low bar in terms of food quality, taste and service, but Shan Shui has completely changed my opinion. The service was amazing, with the reception walking you to the table while talking through the dishes and the food arriving fairly quickly. I went for the Nasi Goreng going by her recommendation and it was a good choice. The pricing was great and the atmosphere was amazing. Highly recommended!
