This place is a hidden gem! The hookah is good, the food is delicious and the service is fantastic. There is a ยฃ15 minimum, but if you order hookah it is easy to hit. I would definitely return.

BEST SHISHA EVER! 100/10 BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! All the staff are very kind. Very helpful. I would recommend the food as well. 10/10

I am profoundly Deaf with no speech. Today I went to the Temple Lounge with my friends around inside the tent. Three things is I don't like them. ONE: No Deaf awareness because they are clueless don't know how to conversation in service with disable or Deaf people. TWO: the foods are look nice presented but taste dull ๐and Hot morocco's tea was colder so I have to ask a man is service for I want to new fresh hotter which I drank satisfied. ๐๐พ THREE: the raining is keeping disturbing to everybody are wetting on our clothes and ruin our foods. Now my friends want to asked them to refund because they were complaining. ๐

Horrible food, me and friend got chicken steak which was very overcooked and bland, ordered king prawn wrap which tasted good but they use too much turmeric, my finger nails turned yellow, only decent thing was steak chips. Shisha was a disappointment, place overpriced and to top it off we saw mice running around under the table. Staff and manager don't care about feedback, offered tea on the house which we refused and left when we saw the mices. Avoid.

THERE ARE MICE RUNNING AROUND UNDER AND BETWEEN THE TABLES!!!! AVOID going here at all costs unless you want a mouse show while eating your food. I was completely put off my meal upon seeing this and could not eat it so told the waiter that there were mice scurrying about and he just shrugged it off as if it was no big deal! Clearly he knows about the mouse infestation but has welcomed them to the restaurant ๐คฎ They got my drink order wrong and when I told them this they were reluctant to change it to what I actually ordered!! Shocking customer service. Even after the revolting and vile scenes we had to tolerate while eating (not that we could eat our meal) they were extremely reluctant to give a discount for our shocking experience and tried justifying having mice running around (I saw at least 7 different ones) - the waiter really stood and argued with me defending the mice ๐ Also, the food was below average, bland, and probably microwaved. I also find it very bold to charge a minimum spend of ยฃ15 per person (who does this in a restaurant?!) Furthermore, they only accept CASH even in the midst of a PANDEMIC!! Their cash machine charged me to take out cash also. Donโt waste your money here.
