Food was good. Simple menu with quality choices. Got a table at 1900 with no wait and left at 2030 with the line out the door and for good reason. Service is top notch, if you get the chance stop by.

After spending a quality time in Lille we decided to visit one of the good rated restaurants with my companion. I must say that we were deeply dissatisfied of the quality of meat. Despite french fries and drinks being great, the ribs that we ordered were far from being ideal. Maybe I was unlucky, although my Honey&BBQ ribs tasted like bare fat on bones and the spices weren’t palpable at all. The ribs of my friend were fine, nevertheless but not of expected standards. We didn’t feel like the food was as we expected from the Google reviews. One more thing to add, they didn’t follow covid safety measures. STALKING ON INSTAGRAM!? The most astonishing part of the experience was that after I gave them 1 star on Google, the customer service became very hostile towards me. She questioned my opinion and followed it with Instagram conversation asking me to change my review. Outrageous as it sounds, they had to stalk my private account to find me there to engage with my during nighttime with weird chat about feedback that I gave them. She wanted the explanation and rejected my version of events, also accusing my of telling a red lie, as I didn’t speak up about in the restaurant. (The place was really crowded and I didn’t want to make a trouble at that time in front of other customers.) On the other hand, as they didn’t really want to speak English, it’d be quite hard to get my message across.

Extraordinary experience in this restaurant, I hightly recommend it to anyone, we were a Groupe of friends trying some new restaurants in the area, the food was very good and delicious, the art of beaf was there too, people should go and see how special this restaurant is.... We will come back sooon
