It’s a small place, mainly for takeaway food with a few bar seats facing the window. They have ready prepared food and hot food. Tried the salmon poke bowl for £9.45. It was the first day so it took a while to get the food as they had issues, which is fine. Staff service was okay, but they should have warned us that it would take a while. The salmon poke bowl was sad. The ingredients tasted fresh, but it should be relabelled as a seaweed bowl. There was way too much seaweed and barely any salmon. The salmon wasn’t very seasoned either. Usually in poke bowls the fish should be seasoned well, but I couldn’t taste anything, but seaweed. For the price you pay, you’re better off supporting a local Japanese restaurant like Nori with much better food. The prices are more like restaurant dining in prices, not for takeaway.

For a very reasonable price, they gave generous portions! Great customer service and freshly-made food. We loved the katsu bites so much that we ordered a second box for our friends! We ate the dessert (Little Moons Mochi - Raspberry and Vanilla Cheesecake) so quickly that we forgot to take pictures. It was amazing. Definitely recommend this place.

I visited the place with my family and had a very good experience. The food was really tasty. We tried their chicken katsu curry and it was delicious, specially the curry. The service was also quick.

READ BEFORE ORDERING!!! I ordered sushi via their app on the 17th December. The store called me to say that one of the items I ordered was out of stock. However, they were unable to process my refund and I should request this online. Unfortunately for me their customer service is only contactable via e-mail and they have completely ignored my requests for a refund. The food was also very meh, there are so many better local restaurants on NM high street that you should order from instead. I would give this place 0 stars if I could, completely despicable for a business to operate in this way. In response to Youmesushi- I spoke to the store manager and she told me to contact the ‘delivery company’ even though I ordered for COLLECTION. She didn’t even know the name of the delivery company, I asked her how am I expected to contact them if you can’t even tell me who they are?! She said she would find out and call me back- well it’s been 2 days now and I still have not received a call back. AVOID AVOID AVOID this place!
