They use premium meat! Itβs so yummy and worth the price. A lot of noodles. Here is a Large Vs Sm. Broth was cooked to perfection! Server was very nice. We will be back :)

This pho spot is kinda pricey for pho but they do have higher quality meats, especially the wagyu. The broth is flavorful which is a good sign for good pho. I got thick noodles which was a bit too overcooked. Ill get the thin noodle next time since it has a chewier texture according to the waitress. The highlight of the meal was the sliced wagyu on the side with a hot broth to cook the raw wagyu with. After cooking all the wagyu, which were so buttery soft, the broth is now fused with all that wagyu beef flavor! The broth was just good before but after all the wagyu cooking, the broth was next level. Id go back here again! π₯°π Imo, id go to Pho Akaushi in Garden Grove because their broth was bolder. If youre closer to Cerritos, this spot is worth a try!!! Also, James is a sweet guy. I think hes the owner and he took the time to explain where their beef came from.

So I decided to visit this place in Cerritos because it was on the way to a store I was going to. If you are unsure of dining in right now because of restrictions and want to see someone practicing maximum safety protocol, I recommend this place. They have a very elaborate operation where you walk inside and up to pre-set ordering tables with menus. You order what you want and you either choose to eat outside or inside. Me and my partner dined inside and the food was ready amazingly quick. I ordered Pho noodle soup with rare stake and it was very fresh and tasty. The egg rolls were amazing. The spring rolls! The spam rolls!? The peanut sauce? All amazing. Like incredible really. The flavors were incredible and everything tasted so fresh. The peanut sauce was thick and creamy and probably the best peanut sauce I have ever had. Notice the unique serving plates of some of the items as well. It is all part of their elaborate safety protocols to make sure customers have a safe experience during their dining experience. I recommend this place - I felt a little rushed when ordering - put on the spot even - but the food made me forget about it. Really amazing and delicious vietnamese food. Go! GO NOW!

Pho REDBO is a Vietnamese Pho restaurant specializing in pho wagyu, aka beef noodles soup. It is very yummy. Donβt believe me, just come and try it. I would recommend ordering the following: Starters: 1. Flaming Wagyu Carpaccio - slice steak cook at your table side. Very flaming and cool. 2. Truffle Fries - crispy and full of truffle oil. Very yummy. Entree: 1. Pho Combo - you will get rare steak, briskets, rib cubes, and meatball. You will have a choice of fresh noodles or thin noodles. Whatβs the difference? The fresh noodles is much easier to break apart, so if your purpose is to slurp, you can try it. If you like to sit and talk, have a convo and slurp, then definitely go with the thin noodles. 2. Shaking beef - Rice server with steak cubes stir fry in a Wok with scallion, bell peppers, onions, and house sauce. Heavenly! Drinks: Lychee Tea Juice of the Day! Watermelon.
