Finally made it to this place.. What a shop!! Lovely presentation. Everything is well labelled and you can choose what you want. Staff are still at hand to give advice and help. Very friendly and great service. Ethical and natural.. Its just what we need right now! The chocolates are just lovely and you can gift these to anyone! Best thing is.. If you don't want the hot chocolate there and then... You can buy all gear and make it at home!...

The best chocolates for miles around. I've visited and shopped at Dark Sugars a few times now, and have always been impressed by their great selection, exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable staff. The prices aren't bad either, I tend to purchase the £20 square boxes and they go down very well indeed. 10/10

Absolutely love the sorbet from this place, always high quality and worth the money. If I could buy an entire tray of the mango I would pay in a heartbeat. Also, very glad to see they have their own shop now.

We went on a Sunday through the pouring rain and we're surprised to find the original store was not there anymore!! The young lady said they had downsized that operation and were moving to a bigger site in Greenwich...The smaller store still sells chocolate, they make your order to the rear of the store...they give you a menu with a very good selection of chocolates on it and you choose...we had a hot chocolate drink which was divine, and got our chocolates and were on our way....a very nice experience, and can't wait till the Greenwich store opens... would thoroughly recommend!!

Chocolates were nice, but the woman shop keeper is racist. I went there twice. First time I experienced some unfriendly service, such as grumpy face, rude voice. I thought she was just having a busy hard time. The chocolates were nice, we decided to go back to buy some for our friends. I quickly chose 2 bags of chocolates and standing in the queue. It was the same woman shop keeper, she was really nice to a white woman infront of me, putting her chocolates into a nice gift box, explaining the taste of different chocolates without the lady actually asking. I was waiting for a while, looking at my phone, during the time, she asked another white woman standing on the side, "darling, do you need anything?" The lady said she was just browsing. Finally it was my turn, that unfriendly face on the shop keeper just suddenly came back again. She didn't even spoke to me, just point me to the scale. "27.8, card OK?", she said. "Yes, card is good", I replied. She looked at me and said, "Card OK?". "Yes, please", I repeated. She started severing another customer while I was still paying. At the end, I said "thank you" to her, and she totally ignore me. I have been living in London for almost 10 years, people in London are usually very nice. And this is the first ever public complaint.
