Was a little while ago and have been meaning to write a glowing review for sometime now. Ariana II is an absolute gem, so glad we found it. Food delicious, service warm and friendly, cannot recommend highly enough!

3 OUT OF 5 based on an average of all the categories below. Went in on a Saturday evening, without a booking. The biggest issue is that they ONLY ACCEPT CASH - this is not acceptable in this day and age - especially in Covid-19 times. Food - 3 out of 5 - Several menu items were not available. The "fresh" fruit juices are not fresh. The side chicken curry dish was rather bland and very oily. The mains once served were acceptable but not exceptional in any way. Portions were fairly sized and the accompanying salad was fresh and tasty. Service - 2 out of 5 ...why? One young man was serving, he did not even say hello or welcome as we walked through the door. He offered us a table that we did not want even though other tables were empty. There was very little interaction after that. The worst thing is that THEY ONLY ACCEPT CASH - this resulted in me going on a long walk in seeking an operational cash machine down the dangerous Kilburn High Rd in the middle of the evening. Then they had the cheek to add a 12.5% service charge and VAT! For what? They are clearly tax avoiding by forcing customers to pay cash. HMRC take note. Cleanliness - 4 out of 5. The restaurant, table and cutlery was all clean. I did not visit the bathroom so cannot comment on them. Atmosphere - 4 out of 5. There was nice traditional music playing in the background and the artwork and lighting within is good. Will not be coming back.

This is a lovely place, I had a good time with my friends. I will be returning for more food soon.
