I had a great brunch here. The restaurant itself has a beautiful bright, modern floral theme without a single velvet chair in sight! Very good service, food and drinks arrived fast and the food was impressive. Worth the extra few quid because you get a great dining experience. The bread is the highlight for me. Freshly baked daily they said. So good I'll be coming back just for that.

Alicis is literally my go-to place now! I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been here but everything about this place is AMAZING. The staff are so friendly and accommodating and there’s always someone at the front to welcome you in - the ladies at the front are always smiling :) I’ve had brunch and dinner here many times - food is always 10/10 (The prawns & smash burger are so tasty!) Food is served fairly quick too. Service is great and not to mention, the shisha here is really good too! You don’t even need to ask the staff to change to coal & are very attentive. I literally don’t have anything to complain about - I’ve been here with friends and family & we always end up having a great night. Love the atmosphere & vibe too. Thank you Alicis for being the best host!

Pleasant atmosphere and good customer service. Beautiful decor. It’s best to book in advance. We took our daughter to brunch for her birthday, we were all served before the birthday girl and when her order came it wasn’t what she had ordered. The staff who took our order realised that her order was incorrect ,he quickly came over and got it changed. Food was amazing Helpful staff

This is a lovely restaurant and great for big groups. They have a good variety on the menu and I loved that they had indoor heating. The decor was lovely very instagramable. Staff were very helpful but they were short staffed. I don't know if it was because it was the morning shift. Food was good here everything was freshly prepared and drinks were great. Restaurant was clean and tidy and comfortable to sit and enjoy a meal.

It was my first time in the restaurant. We went for dinner in the restaurant section . There's another section to smoke schisha . The restaurant is very well decorated, very modern . The service is good , they are polite and helpful when serving the tables.. The atmosphere it was not good it was noise and people talking loudly . Some of the music it was not good it was street music . Overall, it's okay.
