On entering, a very clean and well maintained store. Got served at the counter by a polite and friendly young lady. She took our order and it was ready in under 10mins. Decided to go to the downstairs seating area which was beautiful and cooler, yes they have an AC 😁 Staff even popped down to check the AC wasn't too cold for us, lovely of her to ask. Our pani puri was delicious and the cold drink was fabulous 👌 overall a lovely place to to meet with friends and I'll definitely be visiting again. 😋 Revisited today 20.11.22: Excellent customer service and peacefully empty. Plenty of delivery orders going out.

An Indian experience on streets of London. A must go to place for the chai lovers. The ambiance is very similar to what you would get at a chai point or Chayos back in India(I guess all follow the footsteps of Starbucks). The menu is desi fusion. Pink chai will be most suitable for the british taste. Staff is very friendly. Overall a must go place.

The food and drinks are great here, especially the different selection of teas if you're looking for something different than your standard pret/costa. The Dalston branch was very clean and had a good atmosphere. The staff helped explain the options on the menu and the differences. Good spot for desi Street food. However, some options on the menu are a bit overpriced considering the small portion sizes.

Ok place. V got free chai for Saturday .. lucky !! Had bun kebab Karachi style fill loaded - nothing special. And samosa chat which was ok too. Total bill 7.2£ Can skip..

They food is amazing and absolutely beautiful delicious food and I highly recommend this place to everyone in London and around world to come here, enjoy a your cup of chaii here at chaiiwala Dalston
