Hotbird makes a really good chicken sandwich, especially with the comeback sauce. I got mild spice, which to me was just a tiny bit spicy, so I'll kick it up a notch the next time I go back. Waffle fries were okay (I don't think they season them), so I ended up dipping them in the comeback sauce for flavor. Bonus points for the chicken-themed decor inside the place.

Above and beyond!! Best fried chicken ever ! Fried chicken is my weakness and I have reviewed more than a 100 restaurant so far But HOTBIRD IS THE WINNER ! The chicken was perfectly seasoned and fried , the waffle french fries were so crunchy and fresh I have never had a better tase than this , the sauces were so tasty and fresh everything was above expectations! I totally recommend this place , it’s a must to try it !!!

Wow! They opened about five weeks ago and already have a well-deserved following. Located a minute away from the Fox Theater, Hotbird is a perfect place for a great pre-show Chicken Sandwich dinner. The chicken is wonderfully seasoned and super-juicy. It's important to note that you can order six levels of spiciness - from "No Heat" to "Burnin'" - so they can accommodate everyone in your group. I also highly recommend their waffle fries. They're really tasty without being overly salty. Good selection of brews, on-tap and cans, as well as ciders and soft drinks.

Amazing fried chicken Sando, perfectly juicy. The green goddess sauce is brilliant, kinda like a herby ranch with high on the herb! The corn grits was good too. The mild was not spicy at all, so go higher. Fried chicken places can be variable on how hot the “mild” is, so here I’m giving you the go ahead!
