Best damn chicken sandwich I’ve had in a long time! You can tell the chicken is real, it’s juicy and cooked to perfection and the sandwich was to die for! Yummy pickles and friendly staff. You do have to wait a bit but I didn’t mind because I knew it was freshly cooked. The Mac n cheese was also phenomenal 10/10

The fish and chicken sandwiches didn't match the temperature of the almond samples. The fish is kinda oily and ends up with a similar consistency to McDonald's and the chicken isn't really flat or overflowing so your last few bites are gonna be sans chicken. I do like the crunchy batter but if I were in the neighborhood again I'd probably try someplace new.

So tonight i decided to try Hotbird and I'm so, so glad I did , I was chopping it up with one of the owners ( just the most kindest and chill human being) and im in total awe where do I begin... okay on the way home I had to sample the fries because the delicious aroma... how could I resist and im so glad I did yummy,yummy yummy, yum 😋 .

I couldn't wait to get home and try my fried chicken sandwich well once i got home I got myself together and proceeded "to get down on it" I thought I was going to pass out from the flavor train and the juiciest chicken 🐔.

I called for my daughter to take a bite so she did and was pleasantly surprised on how good it was and the bun, coleslaw OMG I've officially have gone into a food coma.

Hotbird makes a really good chicken sandwich, especially with the comeback sauce. I got mild spice, which to me was just a tiny bit spicy, so I'll kick it up a notch the next time I go back. Waffle fries were okay (I don't think they season them), so I ended up dipping them in the comeback sauce for flavor. Bonus points for the chicken-themed decor inside the place.

Wow! They opened about five weeks ago and already have a well-deserved following. Located a minute away from the Fox Theater, Hotbird is a perfect place for a great pre-show Chicken Sandwich dinner.
The chicken is wonderfully seasoned and super-juicy. It's important to note that you can order six levels of spiciness - from "No Heat" to "Burnin'" - so they can accommodate everyone in your group.
I also highly recommend their waffle fries. They're really tasty without being overly salty. Good selection of brews, on-tap and cans, as well as ciders and soft drinks.
