I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered my food (half chicken) and came back half cooked all pink inside. I sent it back and still 1 piece was cooked the other wasn't i couldn't even be bothered to send it back the staff seem liked they didn't even care the first time round and I couldn't be bothered. And even know I'm starting to feel sick. I won't be going here again

Always lunch here. Never an issue. Today seemed different. Maybe the pressure gets to them.

The usual nando's experience, but with Halal food offering which is a win for the. Muslim population. The service could improve a notch, but nothing really to complain - went in for dinner on a Monday night at 9.30 pm. It felt a little short staffed. Food was great as usual! Could definitely come back.

Enjoyed the plant wrap, just not enough none halal foods on offer, very limited. My order only came after the two people I was with had fully finished. One of then had ordered a second meal, finished that, mine still hadn't come. By the time my food came, they needed to get back to business and I had to rush🥵

Worst Nandos experience ever! Went here a few weeks ago on a busy Saturday. For some reason the fire alarm kept going off every 5 minutes. We had all already ordered. After 15 minutes a waiter told us, the fire alarm caused the cookers to automatically switch off and they can’t switch back on for another 30 minutes so our food would be delayed. Some of my group had already received their food so we didn’t kind waiting. Anyway after another 30 minutes she basically came back and said its still not ready. By this point we were fed up, so she said she can process a voucher to us via email. I provided my email address etc and she said we should expect it in the next few days. Anyway, I completely forgot about this so it is partly my fault for forgetting and not following up. I went back into the restaurant today and they basically told me to F off pretty much. Will be trying to speak to customer service on Monday once they’re open again.
