Ordered 2 x Fino Pitta yesterday to be delivered and received both with no Grilled haloumi cheese which is advertised as being one of the ingredients. Made a complaint to nandos customer service and no solution has been offered and they couldn't care less about regular customers. Customer service is going down hill and so are the food standards. If your order is missing any items or isnt up to standard get straight on to the manager and demand a FULL REFUND or REPLACEMENT there and then!!

No. Please note that this review is specific to NANDO'S ILFORD. Upon arrival, we weren't greeted by any staff as they were chatting away. We then decided to awkwardly just take a seat at a table. We ordered half chicken with chips & brocoli and butterfly chicken with macho peas & spicy rice. The grilled chicken was not too flavoursome and perhaps a little on the overcooked side. You would definitely need more sauce on the side. However the chips, brocoli, rice and peas did taste nice and same as other branches. We ordered tap water, however I had to get back up to ask for cups so staff can be more attentive in all aspects at this branch. Overall it was a dissatisfied experience for us at this particular nando's branch. Normally they have good service with good food. I guess this branch is okay if you are just looking for good protein intake.

Superb example of a great Nandos. Great space. Food was fab. Staff were super friendly. Cannot fault it. Food was spicy, goes with the territory I guess :)

Order family platter, wings and sweet potato wedges. Very disappointed £4.95 for 3 chicken wings and received wings from new born chicken look at the size.
