Service is great! Staff are all very friendly alway greeted with a smile. Food is good but the reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 is because of the amount of insects they have flying around, not sure if this is part of the experience but it’s super annoying!

Went in at 9:50pm and was told it’s only takeaway which was not a problem we were happy to take it home and eat. The chef was huffing while we were making the order the more we ordered (4 meals) then was told by the person taking the order that we should have arrived earlier.. okay no problem but then why not just say sorry the kitchen is closed? We are paying customers not exactly taking the food for free. Came home to find the chicken completely burnt as you can see in the pictures. Really not worth the £48 spent. Avoid.

Today at Wembley Brent Park. Rude staff and bad service . No dog are allowed outside in seating area . It’s outside !!!! That crazy , no one was sitting outside to eat . It was empty . My dog is a therapy dog and travels in a dog buggy on and off . !!! Anyway we decided to order take way , the person I was with , went in side I stood in the shade with my dog , I was close to seating area but not that close . My friend who went in side to order the food, a member of Nando’s staff in side ask her to call me and get the dog away from the property. I couldn’t not believe it. He was outside in his buggy, there was no one around. Can someone from Nando’s head office please explain why on a warm day did my dog have to leave shade were Nando’s seating was and go stand under a tree? Also was it necessary for member of staff to ask for us to remove the dog . We were paying customers and deserve respect not treated like we did something wrong . Repetitively kept asking for us to move the dog . It outside and he in a dog buggy . Who was I harming . It’s a therapy dog!!!

I am a regular here. I love this place! And this nandos is specific. I can always get a table, whether it’s a weekday or weekend. If we do ever have an issue, they are always happy to resolve it. Safe to say, this is my favourite and only nandos I will go to!

The best Nando’s I’ve ever had, and I’m South African! The food was 10/10, and the service from the staff and manager were 15/10. A truly wonderful experience all round, would highly recommend.
