Very impressed with this hotel, as a member of a local hotel chain. Never had a room at the front so can’t comment, but all hotels facing a London main road does tend to be noisy. Food , room , clean corridors and lifts, all of great quality for a stared hotel. Special mention to a charming and attentive young lady on reception and restaurant greeter . Alexandra.

Location is central. Breakfast was okay (get there early for best selection). Room was small but clean (a little stuffy and paper thin walls). Garden side was quiet. Staff (especially Deep and Alexandra) were responsive (and being able to check in early after a red eye was great).

Overall a decent choice given the price/quality/location. Staff was friendly and helpful and requests were handled promptly. Room was clean and while it was on the smaller side (single room), it still had plenty of room to store luggage and iron clothes. The only low point was the shower - low ceiling, low water pressure, and wildly fluctuating temperature control made it a pretty miserable experience. Given the value for the location I would stay again for a short trip.

We had a nice stay here. Great location in the city centre close to public transport and at a bustling street which you, however, don’t hear at all when you close the window. It’s a bit noisy within the hotel though, so you might hear your neighbours every now and then. Also, the shower has a curtain and is pretty small which is not the most convenient. However, we’re happy and the staff was friendly, including Alexandra who helped us at checkout. Would recommend.
