Buns From Home

First time coming here today & it didn’t disappoint at all. Friendly staff & the buns were amazing! I got the cheesecake, cinnamon and the chocolate hazelnut. Definitely will be back soon!

Tried quite a few things from here. The cardamom and hazelnut buns are out of this world.
Wouldn't recommend the bigger pastries  (eh cheesecake or tiramisu) but the buns are fabulous.

We also tried the focaccia that was super oily but yummy af. Will be back.

Too bad there's no seating area!

Really good. I love the cardamom bun! The cinnamon bun is also sooooo nice. It’s quite pricy - they are 3.75 each but honestly I really really enjoyed them both. There’s always a queue so definitely expect that but it moves quickly and it really worth it. I tried the tiramisu at another shop and that’s nice as well.

Had the cinnamon bun. Quite tasty. Perhaps a bit smaller than expected. There were nice soft bits along with crunchy parts. That made it fun. Wasn't crazy sweet, but intensely flavoured. The experience was not all great as the person serving seemed to have not paid attention to the fact that my co worker and I were having one each. He claimed that she said she requested two. As far as we could tell there was no way that could have been unclear. Anyways, she requested that she get a refund as we were paying separately. For some reason that could not be done. And there was no attempt to try to problem solve the situation. All in all it was quite a disappointing experience and was quite awkward. We decided that she'd paid for both of us, whilst he just stood there waiting. Mediocre customer service. I'm 😞 and disappointed.

This place is right across from where I live which is so dangerous because I’ve had at least one everyday!!! Also love that they release special flavours from time to time.

The original & cheese cake flavours are to die for. I’ve yet to try the other regulars on the menu but I’ll be back tomorrow haha!

The only two buns flavours on our permanent menu that aren’t vegetarian are our ham and cheese bun and our tiramisu bun (pork gelatine). We are currently trying to switch over to fish gelatine but it’s proving harder than we expected. None of the permanent flavours contain alcohol. Occasionally, weekend specials will contain one or both of these ingredients, in which case we will be sure to mention this on the instagram announcement.
