I am super impressed with the new Taco Bell. In particular, one of the front of house staff members, Byron, was friendly, professional and patient with me discussing the menu options with me to make sure I could find a meal that would suit my allergies. He was so quick with my order too! it's rare to find good customer service like this anymore! The food was fresh, served hot and I would definitely come back again.

Staff was polite and helpful. Food took slightly longer than expected, tasted ok but wasn't filling enough. I use to go Taco Bell a lot up north Liverpool) but since its opened down south (London), the quality hasn't t been up to scratch... Not sure why, I know I won't be in a hurry to return!

To the people working in-branch: you're amazing! Taco Bell is my favourite fast-food place, you're always so polite, and the food tastes great. If any general managers read this: you owe these people twice whatever they're being paid. Each time I visit, everyone behind the counter is running around at full-speed trying to fulfil orders. Some customers are so rude to them about the speed-of-service (again, visibly not their fault), and they always put up with it politely. You're a multi-national corporation, you can afford to pay proper wages and attract a full team. Lord knows the people you have are already giving 110% to make up for it.

We had a small party for four and thought it would be a great idea to order taco bell for four people. Little did we know, they would give us the completely wrong number and have no available way of contacting them. So... no food... lose my money... walk away extremely sad and disappointed. What a waste of time, excitement and money. Thanks Taco Bell, can always rely on you for a great evening clearly.

Really good service, I went two days ago and was served by a real gentleman. I explained to him the area I was sitting in was cold and he spoke to his manager and had the cold air switched off. This young gentleman went above and beyond and I am really happy with the service I received. He had spoken in a professional way. The restaurant was really busy but the staff at the front made sure that everything was running smooth and was reassuring customers about there orders. They dealt with the aggressive delivery drivers really well and in a formal, reasonable and professional way. I’m am happy with the service I have received and will be attending again .
