Been going here regularly for around 3 years now and have to say the food is very very consistent.

Jerk is always on point, brown stew chicken and curry goat always cooked to perfection.

Great portions and price for the amount of food.

Real authentic flavours.

Rum punch is always a hit also

I’ve always been a fan of Jamaican food really takes me back to my youth. The server I had was short and had brown hair brought my food really quickly and made me feel really good. The smoke in the jerk chicken was absolutely to die for and I can’t begin to fathom the tenderness of the chicken. The rice and beans really cleansed the pallet and just made me feel like I was home again.

Waited 15 minutes to have my order taken and during that time someone had there order taken before me. Knew from there it was going to go down hill. 40 minutes, at least, for my food to arrive when 3 other people who arrived before me (not counting people coming in to order take away) had there orders served long before. They obviously somehow misplaced our order, which I appreciate things go wrong sometimes, but we repeatedly asked and I'm baffled how the waitress can comfortably serve other people without chasing up on our order or keeping us updated.

When the food did arrive, the majority of it was missing. Only 1 of the 5 sides arrived. Also, we asked for Mayonnaise and got a small serving and told that's all they got because they ran out. There is literally a shop next door. Surely basic service, and need to stock up, would mean you simply go next door and buy another bottle or two?

Scoring 2 because of the service. The food was also luke warm, meat tough, chips overdone and not salted. Not scoring lower because I'm hoping it was just a bad day at the office.

Brilliant! The food is very tasty and filling, and they provide great customer service. I am glad to travel far to experience this great cuisine and decor. There is a reason why everyone speaks so highly of this restaurant. I recommend this place to everyone.
