Very friendly owner. Mostly Haitian (Creole) menu and all food is on point. Good sized portions and value for money. A good drink menu with cocktail selection. Also broad range of rums at the bar. The venue is small with a rear dining area in addition to the main area around the bar as you enter. Beautifully decorated with a Tiki/Caribbean theme. They can accommodate private hire for a fee and will accommodate a DJ with their own sound system, or the venue can provide one. However times to play loud music is limited because there are residents living close by. The only downside was the toilet set up which is unisex. You walk through one main door with a lock, there is a urinal for gents as you enter then walk ahead there is a single toilet cubicle on the right, but without a door. There is one single hand basin with mirror, again for unisex usage. The space literally should accommodate one person at a time unless you know anyone well! So this creates a queue outside the door which filters to the space where diners are seated at the rear. Overall a pleasing visit and would definitely return.

I spent a portion of my life in Miami so I'm not unaware of Haitian food but I'm certainly not well versed enough in it to judge this menu. But I can certainly hold the opinion that this is simply excellent food. A simple menu, a relatively small but representative rum selection, all at humble prices. We've lived in Acton for nearly a decade and I did not know this little gem was hidden away. It's not a secret anymore and you will likely have trouble finding a table. But if you do you are in for an excellent evening. Good food by good people, there is little more to ask for in life.

Top tier restaurant. I came for the Haitian food and was very impressed by the authenticity. Everything was very flavorful and seasoned to perfection. The ambiance was nice, prices were fair and the service was really pleasant. Will return whenever I’m in London.

Excellent tasty food, staff very friendly and accommodating. It got a bit crowded later in the evening which indicated to me it's a popular place to eat. Would definitely go back because I like tasty food 👍

The food used to be amazing but tonight was honestly the worst and it was my birthday. The service was way too slow. The restaurant was packed and only had 1 waitress. Our starters took 45 mins and some mains came out before my other guests starters. Also the sea bass I ordered was half a fish. Not even the whole sea bass or even a fillet. The portion was super small compared to 2 months ago when I last visited. So unimpressed with this I definitely will not be returning here again. Just ruined my birthday completely.
