I'm so glad I found this place, as the baklava is so delicious and high quality. We ordered a box to take away and tried the walnut and pistachio flavours, but my favourite was the milk baklava topped with chocolate shavings - a great recommendation from the girl on the counter. It's a nice cafe and the staff are friendly and helpful. I'd definitely go back to try the hot food and get another box of baklava.

Delicious baklava, the best one I ever had. Not oily, just the right amount of sweetness and loads of pistachio. I sometimes come back to this area just to pick up some baklava. Totally recommend it

This time we had a change to try baklavas, (even got takeaway) which was Delicious, fresh, Soft and lots of filling inside so you can feel the real taste of baklava. As a Turkish person I would be so picky about baklava. We definitely go there again.

We visited the baklava place and the service was terrible. The boy couldn’t even speak English. The baklava was unfresh and tasted expired. I asked to speak to a manager, the manager came out really rudely and asked what’s the issue? I explained the baklava didn’t taste fresh and he got angry and took the plate and slammed it away from me and said so what do you want now? We were really unhappy and he was extremely rude. Do not go for baklava here. It may look good but it’s disgusting!!🤮

I have had tasted many baklava at many famous places in Turkey and here in London. I do remember crossing Bosphorus for this special baklava place in Ortakoy. I do say this with authority and intimate knowledge about baklava and its ingredients. AT THIS MOMENT IN TIME, the best baklava in town is made in this place. It is all due to its owner who is a former restaurateur from Istanbul who had made a fresh start in London. The baklava made daily and the stock is limited. You will thank me for this.
