Ordered a burger and prawns, and I was provided with a long range alert system to notify me when my food was ready. After about 25 minutes I figured something was up and went back and saw 3 staff standing around doing nothing. So I inquired how long it would be.... she looked at my buzzer and said oh we didn't know you had an order in. The person who took my order wasn't here anymore. Dude with a nose ring. Anyways make sure they place your order when your order, I don't think they're very competent.

Waited for my curry for 50 (yes, fifty!) minutes - turned out that their printer didn't print my order out. I was waiting in front of the coutner and the employee seemed to forget that I ordered something instantly after putting the order in. Once I reminded them about the order, it was ready in approximately 5 minutes. Food was good, just not worth the wait. If you wait for 10+ minutes for your food, go check with them to make sure they are actually preparing it - the employee mentioned that this kind of printing errors happen daily(!).

Food is good. I used to really enjoy ordering from there. But lately the woman at the till is probably the rudest cashier I’ve encountered. Makes you feel bad for asking a question about the menu. One word answers. Won’t be going back

Food is great, but I'll only come here if I want to be treated lik excrement. Lady with long dark hair apparently doesn't want my money or cares that she might kill me with gluten. Winner.

Ordered chicken katsu curry - sauce was odd and pretty flavourless. Rice was overcooked and soft. Pretty weird basic things to mess up. also the chicken piece was small and underwhelming.
