Do not get served by the two Asian girls who wear a scarf as they don’t no what customer service is, been served few times and seriously they need it loose there attitude and go back to school and learn manners and customer service. The other staff (male guys) are very nice apart from the two girls, food is decent here, sometimes little undercooked or over cooked so make sure you say well done. They need to give more sauce or even have sauce tub.

Unfortunately whenever I eat in or have food delivered by this branch I always have problems.
The food itself is nice (hence the 2 stars)  - however the service and attitude of those who work there is terrible!! They get orders wrong and then insist that they are in the right - when you show them your receipt they don’t apologise and just go about their business.
Latest issue is that I’ve rang them to ask what seems to be the delay in having my food delivered and in mid-conversation the operator shuts the phone off!! Plus they got my order wrong!
Will avoid the Walthamstow branch now at all costs!
Pepe’s really need to sort out their staff training for  customer service!! It’s seriously bad!

Always get your order wrong. Never answer thier phone. Its like they purposely cant be bothered to make the correct food. They take shortcuts.

Very spicy 🔥 and testy chicken strips and hot chicken 🐔 wings. Just love it.

They took more than an hour to prepare. When we were thinking about to cancel they told it needs 2 mins. But after that they took another 10 mins to serve. Btw taste was good. 👌

We are HMC approved. This means our entire menu and supply-chain is certified Halal according to HMC standards. No traces of pork or alcohol in the store.
