I ordered food from here, the tastewas so pathetic 🤮... Bt the order was also missing. When I called them there one of the staff name safiya or something like that... Was so rude and behaving so unprofessional. She was yelling at me just because I was asking her about the solutions for the missing items. They gave me soup... Which is like there chef is still sleepy 🥱😴.. Onions, capsicums and what not they put there was raw and pathetic in taste.. I am uploading pictures also...

This is my 4th time i am visiting to this place i really love the food on what price they are offering £6.50. After having this as a breakfast, I believe the person would skip their lunch. Nice friendly staff, best part is their Sambhar never ever had that full of aromatic flavour Sambhar in my life, just love it.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visits to your restaurant. Unfortunately, both experiences were far below expectations in terms of food quality and customer service. During my first visit, I ordered one piece of chicken fry, which turned out to be spoiled. When I raised the issue with the staff, they took the chicken but did not offer any resolution or apology. It was quite an unpleasant first impression. On my second visit, which was today, we ordered two chicken biryanis. While the rice was extremely hot, the chicken pieces inside were cold and seemed old. This clearly indicates poor handling or reheating of food. When we informed the staff, we were told to speak with the chef directly, and the staff member’s rude behavior made the experience even more frustrating. The service was poor, and the food quality unacceptable. As a customer, I expect better hygiene, fresher food, and respectful service — none of which I received.We have been loyal customers since 2022, but today’s experience was extremely disappointing, and we have decided not to return to the restaurant.

Last week I had light breakfast in morning with my friend. Food is good but service awesome . The girl she have smart look she don't want to tell her name. Her service is nice and very Professional like five star. She fold napkin with spoons everything was professional. Some time people make our day more pleasant like this . Royal chef have good staffs too now a days .

We were served by Surya Prabha, who was very friendly and welcoming. We tried the kappa biriyani it was decent for that price. The kuthu porotta didn’t meet our expectations, but it was still okay. Overall, the experience was satisfactory
