MY TASTE BUDS ARE SCREAMING WITH JOY…2 Words!!! REAL CHICKEN!!! This is not my first time at this place, in fact, every time I come here the food gets better and better and better if you are reading this review please visit and satisfy your stomach! I promise you will NOT be disappointed. Every think is made to order not Precooked like Wendy’s , chic-fle or Burger King. So be aware to wait cause it’s worth it. Try their new addition beef burger. Be sure to try the shakes that are out of this world.😉 thank me later. Enjoy!

My coworker and & I walked in, I spoke to the host that was taking our order. I said Hi, this is our first time here so I asked her what is recommended. Her attitude and the way she spoke was NOT inviting what so ever. She seemed annoyed and honestly I wanted to walk right out because as a first timer to your place of business thats no way to treat customers. Her attitude after asking her a few questions and trying to reorder turned me off. There was no line, nor was it busy (just myself and my co-worker there at the time) so I'm confused as to why she came off like this. Clearly, Chicken N Shakes does not care about keeping their customers coming back. I decided to try something new for lunch and this restaurant seem like a good choice but after getting my food I regret even spending my money here. The fries were wayyyy too oily to the point that the oil made the fries super soggy and we could not eat it. I tried a few fries when we left the store and I thought they fries were soggy because they began to sweat in the bag but not it was OIL. My coworker and I ended up throwing them out because you can't eat it. As you can see from the photos and video every fry I picked up, oil. I haven't even tried the chicken sandwich, probably won't. Do I recommend this restaurant? Nope.

i ordered the shredded bird sandwich and a chocolate milkshake. not gonna lie I was kinda skeptical about the sandwich since I haven’t tried anything like it but it was really good. the chocolate milkshake was very good too. their spicy chicken sandwich is also really good. would definitely recommend this place.

Not a good experience because of these arrogant kids at the counter taking orders. They lack in decency, manners, and professionalism and definitely don't know how to behave with a customer. He was busy rapping with this song and got annoyed when I called him repeatedly to place an order.

VERY pleasantly surprised! This is a simple, unassuming eatery that serves up FRESH, hand cut (watch for the occasional bone) chicken tenders with a wonderful light, crispy breading. These are not the standard 'out of a bag and deep fried' chicken fingers, they are the real thing! Just give the staff some extra time to make your order. It was our first time here and we arrived late, shortly before closing. But the staff could not have been more accommodating and gracious! Thank you for an excellent meal!
