Dave’s hot chicken is a great place meddled properly on south broadway. The staff was so welcoming and made me feel Ike an old friend rather that a food customer. It was his recommendation that I try the sandwich. I got it in the reaper flavor with Mac and cheese. It was as delicious as the photos look. Heat and spice with a dipping sauce that blended the flavors perfectly. It’s a fun artistic atmosphere with a residential building attached. It’s definitely a great place to try if you’re like me and love the chicken sandwich craze.

My nephew raved about this place so I had to check it out. They have a simple menu, the price was reasonable and the service was great. That's where the pleasant part of the experience ended. I ordered the chicken tenders with medium heat and fries. The heat was fine, however I didn't care for the flavor and texture of the tenders or the breading. I didn't find it appetites and only ate a few bites. However the fries were good.

Delicious food. I had the strawberry milkshake which was good. The chicken was juicy and comes with spicy sauce. The heat levels are confusing. I had "medium", yet it seemed "mild" to me: good nonetheless. I read a few complaints about their Mac & Cheese. If you're expecting the store boxed style with powdered cheese packet, you'll be disappointed. The cheese sauce is rich, creamy American cheese on thicker elbow macaroni than the box style. Good food and nice place for either dine-in or to-go

It was our first time at Dave’s hot chicken and we absolutely LOVED the food & the service. The sliders were 🔥! We got the medium spice level sliders and mild tenders for the kids. Do try the honey sachets they have, with the chicken, they tasted reallllyyyy good! Parking might be a bit of an issue but not too bad. Nice location, ambience, service and food! But the best part of our experience at Dave’s was that they use HALAL meat which is a big deal for a lot of Muslims, like me. Can’t wait to visit next!

Dave's Hot Chicken. Where have you been all my life. The chicken is so crispy and juicy and perfectly seasoned. The hot is not too hot but definitely kicks at the end. And the Mac n cheese is perfect. The kale slaw is super bland but the pickles make up for it. Crunchy and thick
