Dave's Hot Chicken

The girl working at the counter was friendly and my order was ready pretty quickly. The food was hot and fresh, and pretty tasty. I got a slider with fries. The slider was decent but a bit on the pricier side for what you get. Also, the spice isn’t that hot so go a few levels higher than you normally would. I got extra hot and it was fine. The seasoning on the fries were amazing and I would order them every time I come here. Also, everything is halal.

I had a good experience at Dave's Hot Chicken, it was not what I expected it was a solid lunch meal. The portion sizes were decent and the meal was hot and fresh. I got the chicken fingers hot and the heat was just right. I am used to spices from the west indies so it was very palatable. I was expecting Nashville hot chicken and this style is a dry rub. It is basically like Memphis dry rib vs Nashville hot. All in all I enjoyed my meal and would return.

I’m impressed. Not necessarily by the presentation of what I ordered, but by how well cooked the chicken was. Every chicken restaurant will brag about how good their product is but fail to deliver an experience that matches marketing. Dave’s Hot Chicken is quite the opposite. It’s a simple menu with simple items but superb flavour and delivery.

The atmosphere is hilarious and cute, a great environment for diners. The food is fantastic - fries are delicious and the chicken juicy, tender, and well seasoned. My only observation to improve in the future would be to toast the slices of bread that come with the order. Asides from it, loved my experience at Dave’s Hot Chicken

First of all great and friendly service. The day I visited they were having some system issues so were unable to accept credit/debit card and were just taking cash but then they also wanted it in exact change as they didn’t had enough cash on hand which I think represents poor management but the cashier was very apologetic . Now about the food it was amazing tried both medium and Hot level and both were amazing and I might add to it the chicken is Halal. Sliders as well as tenders were cooked and seasoned perfectly. Food was a little pricey as compared to other chicken places but was worth it. Hopefully in the future the visit might be a little more better

AMAZING!  Best chicken tenders I've ever had!  Soft and actually tender and fresh!  Hot was a good heat level.  I will up it a notch next time.  Tayana was on cash and came out and went around to the customers to see if they were all happy with their meals and needed anything.  I wish all service people were as good as her!
