I loved their burgers! Fries with garlic and cheese sauce was waay too good! Love it! Tiny bit expensive for what it is but food is good.

What a fantastic visit to the Leicester store. I normally take a very critical view of fast food type places but this was completely different and my positive experience needed to be documented. Upon arrival, the store offered a really nice relaxed atmosphere. Comprising of self service kiosks and a variety of comfy seating configurations, which made my whole experience 10 times better as I was able to comfortably enjoy my meal. The service delivered was second to none. In my opinion how I’m treated as a customer is one of the fundamental values of any business and the Leicester store didn’t disappoint. When ordering the lady was nice and offered a service with a smile, though nothing extra ordinary as such. Contrastingly , the lady that brought my drink over and took away my food was extremely friendly. She was ever so polite, attentive and couldn’t do enough. I believe that the customer service delivered from the staff was good but this particular girl was amazing. I couldn’t help but get her name for the purpose of the review and as far as I can remember it was Mia. Overall, I had a delightful experience to this store and will 100 percent be returning. You’ve set a very high expectation of food quality, presentation as well as on the customer service. I didn’t t expect such a positive experience ! May I ask that the feedback gets shared with staff and in particular to Mia as I know from experience in management and customer service myself that sharing of positive feedback can really influence a continued flair and passion to deliver outstanding service. This place is actually good value for money compared to other premium food chains in leicester, I actually had so many fries I couldn't eat them how often can you say that these days I was pleasantly surprised and this will be my takeaway of choice from now on due to them serving real portion sizes of food with every meal .

Really enjoyed our takeaway. Delicious food, great sauce selection (my favourite was blue cheese) and decent portion size. I was also really impressed how amazing and careful they were with my allergies. We called up and when it came it had little flags in showing my allergies, which reassured me (something I don’t often get when getting a takeaway with my allergies)

Not bad, but not all that great either. The coating on the chicken isn't anything special in my opinion, just mildly salty. I paid £10 for 4 tenders on their own (which are pretty small) and a flake milkshake, which tasted alright but in no way worth the £5. Sauces are fine but nothing that blows you away. Bang average really, especially for the price you're paying.
