Not a review on the food but on the hygiene of one of the employees there. While preparing the food she was also eating at the same time, used the SAME GLOVES to put the food in her mouth (touching her face) then went on to prepare food for the customers. Not hygienic in general and definitely a huge no during a pandemic! I really want to support businesses during this time but don't think I would ever go back after witnessing that...

Had food delivered and it was 30minutes late and they had given me a chicken burrito when I’m vegan! It was very clearly the wrong order because mine should have had rice in and this didn’t! When I tried to ring it said they were closed, so no tortilla for me tonight or ever again!!

Customer service has been poor every time I’ve visited with disinterested looking staff. Naked burritos are usually half filled even if you order large with very stingy provision of fillings/sauces. Not good value for money in my opinion compared to other Tortillas. Last time they didn’t even have the regular bottled sauces that you can add to your meal when I asked - which Tortilla doesn’t have chipotle sauces etc ?, very bizarre. Disappointed on the few occasions I’ve visited.
