NEVER EVER ORDERING ONLINE FROM TORTILLA AGAIN. Tortilla was one of my favourite fast food healthy ish restaurants and I ordered from there today, in the bag the rice was all fallen over and messed up and all of my food was to one side. In one of the bowls I ordered chicken, there was 1 small piece of chicken in their. The guacamole and beans and rice was all mashed up, the beans weren’t even beans. I ordered the pepper salad thing too, there was 1 red pepper in the bowls. There was no cheese. (Which I did order).

I always love the food here. Specially veggie bowl. I just love it. Good mexican food. Fast service.

I order burrito at least twice a month - always from this chain - but had it for the first time at Westfield and sadly have to say that nothing met the standars. Few ingredients were missing which is totally fine but all available mains ans toppings were simply poorly prepared. Burned chicken and unbalanced sauses left a bad taste on my mouth. Finally the drink was not cold and personnel unfriendly. I will keep having my burritos but certainly not from this branch.

Delicious burritos, huge portions. I've been craving this all week!

Yesterday was the first time in this restaurant. But It is surely not the last time. We enjoyed the evening very much with the generous service, with the finest  cuisine and booze and with the friendly payment. We will no doubt come back in a short time.
