Sunday Breakfast vibes from @pie_factory. Only the 3rd time I've been to eat out since the lockdown has been lifted. I decided to go for a quick breakfast. £8.50 for the Full English and £7.95 for Eggs Royale. Always on point. Pretty looking plate.

I know making a English breakfast is pretty basic and I actually prefer my cooking it myself, but I didn't feel like cooking this morning, so it was nice to go out.

The Pie Factory

Not happy with the management of this restaurant, we called to confirm the opening times and the person on the phone confirmed the times with us, so we came to eat at this place on a regular afternoon and the shutters were down we tried to call and nobody answered the phone so we ended up eating somewhere else. We gave them the benefit of the doubt. So on another day we called again to confirm they would be open that day the person who picked up the phone told us “YES, WE ARE OPEN” so we made our way all the way there only to find the shutters were down again and nobody answering the phone. We even knocked the door because we could hear people inside but they didn’t even care to come to the door and speak to us. Disgusting management of this restaurant and I’m highly disappointed! If they are this careless with managing the shop I can only imagine how careless they would be with dealing with our food.

One of the halal restaurant in london. The menu is otentic, but it feels like middle eastern food. The price is reasonable.

This place has changed a lot since 2012! Food was so good before but in my most recent visit, I'm sad to say the quality has gone down. The prices have gone up, food is of very poor quality, pies don't come with accompanied sides anymore - you have to pay for it! 

They advertised naga wings on the menu, but it tasted like peri wings (not spicy at all). Spicy chips was just normal chips with red powder on top - we also had to ask for sauces but this should've come with the chips. 

Tap water was very warm and cold ice was needed in this heat!

Don't specify what types of milkshakes they offer on the menu.

Really sad about the food but the staff were all nice and accommodating which is a shame really as the food didn't match.

Food took a bit long to come but was worth the wait, good portion, fresh and tasty, service was also good

My wife’s been telling me how she used to go to pie factory a lot when she was in Uni, and it was one of her fav spots - I’ve eaten there before and wanting some nostalgia decided to visit today.

First of all I want to mention that the service was good. The people were polite, and friendly, but the owners have defo changed.

We saw masala wings on the menu, and being fans of masala chips ordered it straight away - it looked unappetising, and didn’t taste much better. It was raw masala thrown over some not so great wings, we disliked it so much that had to return it, no redeemable quality, but they were nice enough not to charge us for it.

The pie was actually quite nice, 7/10, the accompanying veg on the other hand was poor and flavourless, 3/10, didn’t taste bad but wasn’t good.

Personally won’t be visiting again, but wouldn’t dissuade others from visiting, would say give other items on the menu a shot.
