Good customer service, the service was pleasant and you can dine in. Menu is bigger than the other snowflake shops around. Menu is smaller, no sticky toffee pudding unfortunately.

Will start with the 15 min wait to be served when there were only 5 people in front of me! Bare in mind this was a Saturday, the girl that was serving was alone and looked shattered! My daughter and I tried 5 flavors between us, a shop bought ice cream would have been much nicer! Cost is average for luxury ice cream but way overpriced for the quality and service. Add to this that they only have 3 tables, two of which only have two seats each! Avoid! Many much nicer ice cream places, even the crepe and waffles stalls sell nicer ice cream. (Location: Selfridges food hall).

I can recommend the pistachio and snowflake! However the coffee isn't great. There is an EAT right next door which does better coffee for less money.

Excellent desserts, nice atmosphere and service. My missus and I love this place when we are looking for tasty ice cream.

I really like the avolato, but I don't enjoy the ambience of the selfridges food court around this place. Too many people, tables are often dirty because staff is busy serving customers, they start serving others while you haven't payed yet and etc. its very hectic. Also i wish they had more vegan options like avolato, but rather something you can get in a scoop form.
