I have ordered over the phone. I said I was going to pick up at 8pm and the lady said it’s all set. My husband waited over an hour to pick up the food. It’s completely unacceptable! I mean how can you say it’s ok to be picked up and cook it after an hour! Learn to value customers and their time! HIRE MORE PEOPLE OR SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN SIMPLE!!! Completely disgusting and unacceptable!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL and stupid!

They delivered the food like this and when I complained to them they said bring the food back for a refund. So I ordered delivery and I have give my time to compensate for your poor services? Additionally they don’t seem capable of following simple instructions like call and don’t ring the bell at 11 pm at night when everyone in the house is sleeping. This place use to be good in all aspects but something changed and my past few experiences have been rolling downhill to this point. It isn’t my fault they didn’t hire enough drivers for a Friday night your manager needs to be scolded not me. Terrible customer service with those type of manners could they even be Muslim?

Waited over an hour for my food to be ready. Called for pickup exactly an hour and 5 mins before too. People came after me, waited on line and got their food before me. Not what I had expected. Prices are way too high as well compared to before. Food sucks. Horrible customer service and wait time. Just not right especially during a day of Ramadan.

Food was very delicious and portions were nice. This is authentic Halal Chinese food. Staff is courteous and quick.

The food is really good. But the people that deliver are the worst. They are are rude and forced me for tips. It’s supposed to be free delivery. At the place it self they don’t accept card. This makes it inconvenient for people paying with credit/debit card. When calling in it’s so loud. Other then that love the place. Today the delivery man was nice but still wanted tips....
