Swagath

As there was no one else dining in,the service was really quick.  the food was good and the quantity was big. the staff all had masks on and were wiping down the table as soon as people left

You might have eaten Punjabi and Gujarati food .. but there is more to Indian food ... For proper South Indian food come to Swagath. Below are some wonderful delicacies.

Immensely poor customer service. Extremely delayed food service. Ignorant to the customers when  crowded. Short of staff, causing major delays. Would prefer not to rate even a single star. Extremely disappointed to an extent that I had to walk out to find food elsewhere.

P.S.   Since I can't reply to your comment , here is an answer to what you said....

 I would agree if the delay was only in the seating but the delay was also in serving food, taking the order and every aspect since I was there. 
There is a certain amount of courtesy that one expects as a customer. It is not about affecting your business but about putting out an honest review of how things are. Wishing you success but I still stand firm on what I said.

Very delicious food. Even though during this COVID-19 , we had a great experience here. Though it was busy, our food timely arrived. Big thanks for Sandly the staff and others for their amazing service. Highly recommend this restaurant for South Indian food.

I would very highly recommend this place!!! Such a wonderful, friendly staff, food absolutely amazing, large portions, everything about this place is great. Definitely going back soon.

All the meat items on our menu are Halal.
