Gourmet Burger Kitchen (GBK)

Absolutely a spot worth stopping over, the food is awesome and well prepared, the cost is reasonable and it is always well kept in here. Fantastic work.

Very nice burger and chips, would recommend. The best thing is that you can go in, sit, and order directly from the app! The only problem is that there is no way to order your drink with no ice, so if that’s your preference, you’ll always need to ask them to drop the ice for you.

Good ambiance. And they have good vegan and gluten free options. Thoroughly enjoyed.

First let me say that I love GBK and I have been to many GBK restaurants over London and loved them all. That was until I went to this one, the staff that took my order at the register was extremely rude and had a big chip on her shoulder. The food was worse, the burger was dry and burnt which I never experienced before at GBK and the fries was under cooked and hard. This is a shame because the inside is nice just a chief who can't cook and staff with no customer service skills. I will never go to this GBK again and do not recommend it.

Institute of Islamic Jurisprudence has certified this establishment as offering one or more halal options.  Per April 10, 2011 GBK website, the chicken used for burgers is Halal and is cooked in 100% rapeseed oil in a fryer specified for chicken only, however the grilled chicken used for salads and kebobs are cooked on the same grill as the bacon. The beef, lamb, and venison are not Halal. GBK does not offer halal Grilled Chicken as an option.
