I know they are busy with a pandemic and eat out to help out but that shouldn't mean customer service slides. No one came out to manage the queue. One of the the staff had an argument with a deliveroo driver in front of everyone dining and waiting including swear words (there were children about). Our table had some kind of liquid on it, so clearly not greatly cleaned even though there's covid. Didn't receive any condiments. Had to ask 5 times (skinny fries go cold quick)... maybe they need more staff. Ketchup, mayo, mustard, salt etc werent in disposable one use sachets. Who knows how many times had been touched. Didn't receive any cutlery or napkins. Asked for a straw which was brought unwrapped, not in a napkin, held by server and placed on the unwiped table. 2 stars just because the food was actually ok

This was a great pre Christmas Eve dinner! My friend and I each had the classic cheese burger and classic chicken burger (fried). I’m a chicken burger fan however the the beef patty had a lot more flavour to it. I’d say the quality of the burgers are very good standards. Try the £9.95 meal deal that gives you any classic burger with chips and drink. Bargain! Nice spot to grab a bite and have a drink with friends.

First time trying and wasn’t Disappointed Nice juicy burger and The chunky chips are nice . Would of liked more relish/sauce in the burger and was cooked well done joe requested

This spot sure knows how to serve their clients. Consistently with a very kind demeanor. The food is reasonably priced, regularly delightful and neat.

The service and food were both excellent. We had the vegan Californian burger with skinny fries and the classic beef burger with sweet potato fries, which were both very tasty and good value for money. I recommend this restaurant for those who want a decent burger.
