RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! Order always has something missing or incorrect. Whenever I have called the restaurant the staff members have been very aggressive and rude. Although the food is tasty they can’t seem to take on special dietary notes such as the fact I am allergic to certain items which means I can’t even eat the food or give to my little kids. There is no form of customer service here; no decency to even apologise and find a solution as they just shout at you and hang up. After being a loyal customer I will not be ordering from here ever again! I WOULD HIGHLY AVOID THIS PLACE. Not a proactive or reactive place they really don’t care about customers. There are far better local cuisines who actually care about their food and customers. SO IN SUMMARY AVOID THIS PLACE.

Only had takeaway but they definitely serve the best chicken balti I've had in London.

Normally not a 1* giver but had a very rude experience yesterday in this restaurant. This 1* is only for that experience as I never have had any food here (nor planning to). Restaurant is a a tiny setup. I visited this restaurant for dinner yesterday alone (yeah I know). First I got seated then after shuffling through the menu I decided to ask the waiter for any suggestions(especiality) on Vegetarian side. Big Mistake. The server had no suggestions and he said ‘order whatever you want to eat and moreover you need to order for at least 10 GBP to be able to eat inside’. By the way this (minimum order) was a policy of theirs and this info was well written in bold on the menu. I asked him is he telling this to all visiting customers when it’s already written. I think he simply assumed that he should tell me this upfront in addition to the written information. I guess you know what I mean to say here. Or may be the waiter was not happy seeing me as the restaurant had no customers at all when I entered (8 PMish). Long story short I told him how rude it was and he needs to learn these basic etiquettes given its a service industry. No apology or any iota of concern shown by him. So I left the place(I think he was happy) and visited a humble setup in vicinity who were very cordial and happy seeing a customer. I hope owners see this post and take corrective measures on overall customer service.

Pretty abysmal food - felt dated, and like something from the 70s. The curry used tough mutton, was really greasy and had no flavour. The naan was cold. And the starters had just been put into some tikka paste. Also surprised it took an hour for delivery considering the simplicity of the order and proximity of the restaurant. Won't be ordering again.
