Love the chicken served here and it’s my go to place for lunch when in the office (city) however the quantity has reduced recently although the prices have increased.

lowering the quality and quantity a lot, less and less desire to continue buying. The last 4 purchases we have made, or a chicken crumbs, or they serve very little, or very burned. Nothing to do with what they sold before, which was a good enough portion to be comfortable, now it is time to complete with something else because neither satisfied nor full. What a pity that fewer customers do not take care of that every day.

I recently switched to A56 at the Great Tower St, previously was using the one on the London Wall. The one at Wall has nice chicken crumbs, while this one has just a big pieces of a chicken. The servise in a place is not that pleasent either - it's a place where you don't have a time to think what you want to order.

food is pretty nice but service is shocking. multiple times asked for no salad but been given loads. today (1.2.22) I paid for my food and the server didn't make it until he was reminded 10 minutes later. it was then very poorly cooked - very overdone. avoid!
