Lovely food, always a great stuff to eat, but service is a disappointment. Why advertise your open at 12pm then when I come at 13:24 your not even up, same thing with closing time. They lack of service deters customer who would otherwise stay with the business

Caribbean let down.

Confusing over complicated menu. Lady walked off before I finished my order, nothing was in stock, lady came back my order was still unresolved so she walked off again. Spent more time singing then talking.

I left and didn't order anything and went to the chicken and chip shop next door and got served with a smile.

Common courtesy and customer service skills costs nothing.

The customer service is none existent! But the food is ok, your rice was the best rice any Jamaican takeaway used but why have you changed it to this broken rice? It’s like bulgar wheat, PLEASE go back to the old rice you used

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a curry goat and Mac and cheese and I got Mac and cheese and bone instead with a side helping of goat. Out of order! don’t order online also they won’t answer the phone. Poor service

The lady was rude, ignorant and arrogant. And the food was cold on the inside. The meat portion was also quite small.
Definitely will not go back.
