Nanny Bills- Vinegar Yard

Managed to go nanny bills again after ages & tried out truffle fries, brisket croquette, chicken strips and a new addition which wasn’t there before which is called the yard burger, so the patty is made of rib cap & they include brisket added to it as well. 

Breakdown: 

Strips: 5/10 

These were okay but chicken was dry for me or maybe but also not enough sauce on top of it either 

Truffle fries: 10/10 

Couldn’t fault these, I love truffle as it is & it comes drizzled with truffle Mayo & Parmesan on top too I think if I remember correctly, nice crispy fries too & wasn’t greasy either!

The yard burger: 9/10 

Amazing, only issue for me was that it was more bread than meat so it did taste bready for me but I reckon it could have done with another patty, but regardless the flavour was just on point, very well seasoned too. 

If I remembered to get the gravy then I probs would have not been as bothered how thicc the bread was as I could have just dunked it in that but I’m defo coming back for another round soon! 

Overall: 

Food: 9/10 (avoid chicken strips) 
Service was just normal? Annoying because it’s all online & I prefer the old fashioned way, and then I had issues with the website to order food as I couldn’t remember login details & when I did I had to select all my stuff again which was annoying, it could have been avoided if I was I dunno able to have an actual staff member take my order or I go up & order myself. 

Everything is halal minus the bacon & they do have their halal cert from supplier next to the till so you’ll be able to see for yourself too.

A delightful find in the Vinegar yard! Amazing burgers ! Juicy patties, beautiful brisket, a perfect blend of the sauces and all the flavors went well together! yummm croquettes!! I'd say mac and cheese were better than brisket but maybe coz I was overloaded on meat ! But loved every bit of it ! The staff was helpful ! They confirmed that all their meat is halal and you gotta tell them to not put bacon if in the burger. Will be back for more soon !!

We came along the Yard by chance while exploring London. It wasn‘t crowded at all, and so we went in.

It took only some minutes to get the burger and fries served. Its a bit on the pricy side , but still worth it. The Burger was awesome and so were the fries!
Its also close to the train station so its super convenient to reach  :D

SUPER TASTY. Burger was very very good. You order via the phone and they have blue moon on tap (unusual in london)…

I got a Mac and cheese crochet on-top also great. Went for the oggy fries or something like that. Also very Tasty. Not my number one burger spot but very good

Ridiculously good. If you want a burger, this is the place to come. Don't skip the beef shin croquettes either, they were just as good as the burger. If Vinegar Yard is busy and you can't be bothered queuing you can sit down by Tower Bridge and just order on Uber Eats

Best chicken burger I’ve had in London so far. Had the hot mess and it was amazing. Menu looked fantastic so will be back to try more

Our chicken and beef is Halal. We do use pork bacon however it’s cooked and stored separately.
