Overall experience of this is good hotwings looked good wasn’t greasy has a nice spicy kick nicely cooked only issue I have came warm not hot. Chilli sauce they made hotness was bangin.

We visited the restaurant on 04/10/2025 expecting a quick and easy meal, but the experience was anything but. We were met with truly aggressive and unprofessional conduct from a member of the staff. The experience started poorly when my husband placed his order at the counter. He specifically requested the meal deal/full meal which he was told is priced at £8.50. When it came time to pay, the restaurant's card machine was conveniently not working, causing an initial inconvenience as we had to find an alternative method of payment so was forced to pay with cash. The real issue began when our order was served. The staff member behind the counter—the same person who took our order—denied that my husband had ordered the full meal (including a drink and chips). He insisted we had only paid for the main item and then demanded we pay an additional £2.00 to upgrade it to the meal we had originally asked and paid for admitting to the fact we don't do meals(after serving the food). When my husband calmly tried to explain the initial order and pointed out the staff member's mistake, the employee became aggressively hostile. Standing behind the counter, he shouted at my husband and adamantly refused to accept any fault. He showed a complete lack of accountability, repeatedly claiming we hadn't asked for the meal and loudly dismissing our concerns. Due to the staff member's unacceptable aggression and his refusal to honor our original order without demanding extra money, we were left with no choice but to walk out of the restaurant. Despite having already paid the initial £8.50, and having been served no food due to the hostile confrontation, the restaurant refused to issue a refund. They effectively took our money, failed to provide the service requested, and created a hostile scene that forced us to leave hungry.

Best burgers in East London! Great quality and friendly staff. Absolutely recommended Update after two years... Unfortunately, it's no longer as in the pictures but with only one small piece of chicken breast, a few chips and the price went up too much. I won't recommend it anymore. Sorry

Excellent food and terrific service. Food is well priced and tastes brilliant. Customer service is always brilliant and all staff members are well mannered and always resolve any issues in the shop. I strongly recommend you try out their mix grill or lamb doner as they make it perfectly. Chips are always consistent and there are plenty of sauces to choose from.
